Media Lab: Unlocking Creative Potential at Colegio Suizo de México

In 2024, Colegio Suizo de México proudly unveils its new Media Lab—a transformative space that reflects both the school’s forward-thinking vision and the accelerated shift towards digital learning brought about by an evolving world and the limitations and opportunities allowed by the Covid-19 pandemic. As an English teacher and fan of recording our student’s voices, making trailers for books we’ve enjoyed, audio reviews and 50 word summaries, even making unique audiobook drama versions for primary, I saw this period of time after lockdown as a perfect opportunity to return to the idea of having a dedicated language recording space in school, and taking advantage of the innovation and development departments interest, conversations were once again on the table.
